About For Chris Cone, photography has always been about the people. His true passion is connecting with individuals--listening carefully and literally capturing them in the best light for the photograph. He has a gift for capturing images of people from every part of the spectrum, from the NFL’s oldest active cheerleader to the owner of Maker’s Mark bourbon to a disabled marine veteran. Chris thrives on this diversity that further fuels his creativity. Although he is based in Ohio, his home in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Indiana area is centrally located and only a short trip away from almost any assignments, so he has been privileged to travel extensively for clients—staying challenged by each new face and each new environment-- and capturing extraordinary life stories in the process. After 25 years of chasing the light, Chris continues to be excited about meeting that next person, being challenged by that next environment, and at the end of the day, being grateful for the opportunity.
